Shipping Costs

We currently have a flat rate shipping cost of $8 for New Zealand Standard Shipping.

Rural Shipping is $13- please select the rural shipping option at checkout to ensure correct price is added to your order.

All of our orders are delivered with no signature required.

Processing Time

We aim to process your order within 3 working days.

Please bear in mind that since all our treats are made to order, it could take a little bit longer depending on our volume of orders. We want to ensure all our treats are fresh and tasty for your pups!
